Allow your snails to acclimate in an area of your tank with some food pellets and check back for movement. Do not throw away any snails before at least 24 hours after finishing accumulation unless strong rotting odor is coming directly from shell!!!- Snails may float when they first enter your tank, don't panic, it’s normal!- Snails are dead on arrival (DOA) when their bodies are out of their shells or shrunk inside their shell, and smell rotten. If you are concerned about a DOA send me a message within 36 hours of delivery with a 15 second video of the dead snails on a solid colored background, (such as a stained wood tabletop, piece of printer paper, or anything that makes viewing the snails easy) and I will either replace snails or issue a refund.
