It's purpose is to reflect on and honor the men of the 103d Infantry Division and their experiences 'On Leave, Reassignment & Going Home'. This Reunion also marked the partnership with The University of Southern Mississippi as the archival vault for the 103d Infantry Division of WWII. This partnership was developed to insure and perpetuate the legacy of the men who served in the Cactus Division. This booklet contains remembrances of over forty 103d soldiers’ experiences on leave, reassignment, and going home.
