103rd Infantry Division White Back Patch WWII Vintage OD Border Europe Germany

Description: The Patch: This Auction is for 1 WWII Vintage 103rd Infantry Division shoulder patch with a white back. This patch has been used and is in good condition. It has a very nice white backing. This patch does not glow under the UV light and is guaranteed to be authentic. The History: The 103rd was sent to the European Theater in October 1944. They arrived in France and Replaced the 3rd Division. They met their baptism of fire near Alsace. They were attacking the Siegfired line when the Battle of the Bulge Started. The division was shifted to defend a large sector while the Third Army attacked the southern flank of the bulge. After the bulge the division mopped up Germans on the west side of the Rhine then Moved into Germany. They crossed Germany and were into Austria, near Innsbruck, when the war ended.Please read my auction requirements.
