Description: Inkle loom hand woven strap for a bag or hat band. This was hand woven in, Nazareth, Pennsylvania, USA for greens quilting and weaving. This beautiful teal and dark mint green cotton is a beautifully woven, smooth and nice weight piece. . It is a nice pattern and tightly woven. The loom was strung perfectly but the pattern on one edge did not weave consistently as a straight line and this is shown in the last photo. It's not noticable throughout but still it is not perfect. The quality and amount of materials and time would make it a 35 dollar piece but it is discounted to 22.99 with free shipping. It measures 1 3/4-2" inches wide by 23 inches in woven length, not including the fringes. It is woven from very high quality cotton. The strap is strong. It was hand woven on an inkle loom. If you prefer to use it without the fringes for your possibles bag or other things, you just need to sew over the end several times before cutting off the fringes to prevent it from fraying. It is back woven several times to prevent fraying but if you want to sew leather tabs or laces on, it will wear better of you stitch back and forth over the ends for security.
