Our flock has a good mix of colors, so variety should be expected. This includes some Easter Egger hens crossed with Turken roosters. The Naked Neck is a breed of chicken that is naturally devoid of feathers on its neck and vent. The breed is also called the Transylvanian Naked Neck, as well as the Turken. Originally from Transylvania - Romania, and was largely developed in Germany. Please note - according to our research and hatching experience roughly 20% of the chicks hatched will not have naked necks. Their bodies, coloring, and stature are exactly the same as the other chicks but their necks are feathered. This is not an egg mix up issue. Our animals are pasture raised, and offered a non-gmo, organic feed that is soy-free. All eggs are hand-gathered daily. ***Eggs are in high demand, cannot guarantee shipping date*** Do not purchase if you need ASAP. I fill orders first come first serve. Be prepared for your eggs by having your incubator running 2 days prior to delivery. When you receive, gently unwrap and let sit for 24 hours on their side so they can settle before placing in your incubator. We cannot guarantee hatch rates. We have a 90% hatch rate here at the farm but shipped hatching eggs usually have 50% hatch rate or less.
