Awesome fresh cut live edge slice. The slice has not been sanded. These slices measure approximately 1” thick and 14-15” at the widest point. No stain or oil has been applied to the wood so you can be sure that if you put a finish on it, it will not conflict with any other products. As it dries, the slice may develop some cracks and splits and the bark may loosen some, but it will still be wonderful and so useful. The slice still has the bark attached and we cannot guarantee that all bark will remain on the slab during the shipping process, but we will pack them securely. It is a great piece of red oak for many wood working projects. Slice have been rough cut with a chainsaw (not dimension-ally perfect) Please feel free to message me if you have any questions or if you would like this item a little thicker or thinner or if you have a custom preference.
