Description: The superb diecast 1/43 Mercedes-Benz L319/Metz DL18 fire appliance, as used by Walstrode Fire Department, Germany.The model has a rotating turntable & extending ladder.I have seen dates of 1956 & 1961 given for this vehicle, but I can't be certain exactly what years this vehicle was in service in this liveryThe main body of the fire engine measures approximately 4 1/2" (110mm) in length, but the overall lengthh including the ladder is 6 1/2" (162mm) long.The model is from a Fire Engines of the World part-work series & is presented in a carded blister pack.It & is new & mint, but please note that the blister pack may be dented.
