The Book of Common Prayer is lacking title and other prelims, beginning at the leaf before A1 which is heavily damaged and repaired. The next five leaves have small repairs at the bottom of decreasing size. The genealogies and map by John Speed are all present with a 1.5" closed tear to the bottom of the second map page. The engraved title of the Bible has one family history inscription only from 1743. The Bible is all present but the trimming has been far too heavy and the marginal notes are nearly all effected being trimmed often through the middle, sometimes almost to extinction. The engraved title for the New Testament has more 18th century family history inscriptions. The Whole Book of Psalmes has all the psalms and their music and reaches 'Finis' but may lack a couple of leaves at the rear. The last couple of leaves heavily repaired. Binding is basic but smart and clean.
