Description: NGC authenticated and graded MS 63 BN. Frosty medium steel brown with a somewhat matte appearance from a thin layer of natural oxidation. There is a speck of carbon or dirt nestled between two dentils under the end of the wreath ribbon and a pair of tiny rim bruises over the I in UNITED. LDS, die state f, with several small crumbles on the reverse including one on the bottom of the berry under the first S in STATES. Tied for CC#7 in the Grellman census. Comes with a nice provenance.
