Just 600 Small Dates survive versus 6,000 Large Dates as per PCGS Coin Facts (click the sixth image). Also, the rarest issue in MS65 from 1816 to 1857 (sixth image). 🔵 CMQ = David Hall's version of a CAC sticker, which thus denotes superior eye appeal and technical quality. Hall is PCGS's founder and the greatest grading expert and coin dealer of all time. Both he and Greg Roberts, another superstar numismatist, must agree on any coin's CMQ approval.
