Marbling on front and rear boards as well as front and rear pastedowns and flyleafs. Marbling on fore edges. Provenance and gift dedication in ink on front endpaper. Illustrated title page in black and red with frontispiece on opposite page; red is still crisp. Toning, foxing, finger-staining, age-staining, and tea-staining throughout textblock.
