The author's name and title of the publication appears on the map above the title block along with the actual date of the map's creation 1884 printed on the map, see the pics. The name of the lithographer Julius Bien appears in the lower left margin and the state printer Lane S. Hart appears in the lower right margin. A copy of the title page is also included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The entire page measures 8 3/4 by 11 inches (22x28cm) Condition: The map is in Good condition, blank on reverse, with a centerfold as issued, basically as seen in the pics. There is obvious backprinting which is typical of this particular map and some darkening around the edges, otherwise fairly clean with strong color, printed on heavy paper, see the pics for more on condition.
