Text on the reverse claims that a fort in Kiev (Ukraine) is being constructed capable of accommodating 300,000 men. The scene was drawn and signed by the popular artist Richard Caton Woodville Good condition with central fold as originally published. Related and unrelated text to the reverse. Dated in top border.
