This has interesting engravings of equipment used in testing milk such as centerfuges and so on. Some B&W photos. I believe it was a text book for ag. students. Included is a typed sheet with directions for testing milk. 222 Pages plus advertising for other titles. 5" x 7 1/2" Condition is good with wear to covers and edge wear. binding is tight. some foxing on first pages where owners inscribed names.
