Description: Upper Michigan the UP Map from 1911 Rand McNally Atlas with State HistoryThis map was unbound from the 1911 Rand McNally Pocket Dollar Atlas of the World. Most of the lines on th map that appear to be roadways are in fact railroads with labels. The preceding Atlas page contained a geopolitical history, agriculture, mining, industrial, city listing and more and is included as an inkjet printed copy. The printed page measures 7" by 6", map 6 3/8" x 5" with a scale of 55 miles to an inch. Rand McNally and their quality control didn't always square all their maps so examine the photo closely for margins. At time of first listing all 50 states and territories were available for sale.
