Description: From online research I found that Molly Benatar was an artist illustrator living in the UK and most of her work was made between 1919 and 1929. Benatar illustrated many Enid Blyton books and the famous Rosensteils of London printed dozens of her pieces. This wonderful extremely detailed art deco round image print features a woman in an amazing flowing multi patterned dress on a swing with background trees and florals and a little winged cherub on the balcony. It is titled “The Swing” and signed in the bottom of image. Couldn’t find another online. Has a deco wood frame painted matte silver and red and has glass. Frame is 17.5” x 17.5” with 12” circular image. Has old hanging wire on back. Very good vintage condition. Frame has wear to paint and one bad corner (see last photo). Wonderful piece for any wall or collection! *Flat rate shipping fee listed is for continental US only and does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international. Please e-mail for cost.
