FONSECA ~ Chicago White Sox ~ 1973 TCMA Reprint ~ In 1973 TCMA reprinted the very scarce Depression Era gum card set by Tattoo Orbit. Catalogued as R-305 in J. R. Burdick's American Card Catalog, originals today frequently change hands for hundreds of dollars for each of the tiny (2 by 2-1/4 inch or slightly larger) cards. TCMA's version is excellent, quite scarce in its own right and represents a high quality reprint faithfully reproducing the original. This card, now more than 35 years old, is clearly marked TCMA Reprint 1973 on the reverse. Condition is Excellent/Near-Mint (the extraneous line at top appears to be in the printing process).
