Description: This is an OHMS type envelope, sent stampless. There are no contents to prove the purpose of this cover, but such were used for supplying orders for stamps, and at this time, especially the SJ stamps. Neil Donen has prepared a series of 3 articles about this kind of cover and the related stamp orders, which have appeared in Gibbons Stamp Monthly. The cover is cancelled CASTRIES 10 May1935. On the reverse the backflap is embossed with a coat pof arms and ST LUCIA. The cover has been slit open at the top.
