Description: 1936-37 V304 O-Pee-Chee Series DRed Horner# 122PSA 6 Pop 15 Hall of Famer -----------------------------------------------The 1936 O-Pee-Chee V304D set consists of 36 cards, each measuring about 2-3/8" by 2-15/16”. Cards are individually #’d 97-132. O-Pee-Chee changed its design for this hockey edition, creating die-cut cards meant to be folded to create a stand-up figure. The black-and-white cards feature a posed in-action shot with the player’s last name set within a banner at the bottom of the piece. An identical, generic hockey scene served as the backdrop for each card. Card backs carried a brief biography in French and English as well as the card number. The collection is anchored by Eddie Shore (#118), Howie Morenz (#121), Red Horner (#122), Charlie Conacher (#123), Busher Jackson (#124), King Clancy (#125), Lynn Patrick (#128), Aurel Joliat (#129) and Hooley Smith (#132), as well as by the rookie cards of Turk Broda (#97), Sweeney Schriner (#98) and Syl Apps (#101).
