Description: This is an original 1949 1950 Ford Hood Latch Panel. This good original hood latch panel was recently acquired from the estate of an elderly collector. This latch panel has the original hood latch, and safety catch attached, and both operate nicely with proper spring action. Please note that the hood prop rod bracket is also attached(see close-up pic). Latch panel is in old prime, and is solid and very straight. Examined closely, some very slight pitting present here and there, but panel should still prep and paint easily. Back side of panel as clean as front.
