This masterfully executed set was short-lived with the base set of 62 different cards released in 1950 and was expanded through 1956 when the 1955 induction class was added including Joe DiMaggio. Offered here is the complete base set issued in 1950 which includes 60 different players and two depictions (interior and exterior) of the Hall of Fame in Cooperstown. This is the only set wherein at the time it was issued included solely Hall of Farmers as well as comprehensive inclusion of every player inducted at that particular time From 1936 to 1950 60 players were inducted….all 60 are included in this offering.
