1950s 1960s SD Doll Purple Dress Blue Lace Sleepy Eyes Jointed 23 Inch Vintage

Description: This is a vintage 1950s/1960s doll marked “SD” and is made of plastic. Made in the USA. She is 23 inches in size and comes with her original box. She has stunning green eyes that open and close, blonde short hair, pretty face makeup, and a beautifully detailed dress, shoes, and socks. Her dress is not removable. Limbs are jointed. Overall this vintage doll is in very good condition. Here is a list of small imperfections: • dress has areas of fraying consistent with vintage age. • there is one small crack in the plastic on one shoulder. See last picture. The crack causes no issues as the shoulder limb still moves as intended. Also, it is underneath the dress fabric so it is only noticeable upon close inspection. • the dress has occasional pinpoint holes from the time of creation. They were created while dress was originally sewn. There are only a few and most are under the lace and unseen. See second to last picture. • back of hair is flattened from storage in box. Note: The side of the doll box indicates the following types of SD dolls: Red, Blue, Pink, Yellow, Green, or Bride. The box does not indicate which doll this one is, however the doll is one of those types in the list.
