Just shortly after this image was taken, this German team would go on to WIN THE WORLD CUP!! it was a monster of an upset when they won, hence it being referred to as The Miracle of Bern! It is signed by ALL THREE of these legends Herberger, Morlock, and Fritz Walter. The autographs have ALL been authenticated by PSA. I've attached a final image showing Google's translation of what was printed on the reverse of this. Please be aware that there's also a few things handwritten at the bottom of the reverse, and there's also a rectangle of thin and not too obvious light glue remnants from when this was once mounted into a scrapbook.
