Description: !!!!! AWESOME 62 FRANKIE !!!!! !!!!! NO SPOTS, NO HAZE, NO TONING, NO HAIRLINES, NO DISTRACTIONS !!!!! !!!!! JUST LOOK AT IT !!!!! !!!!! PROBABLY WORTHY OF A TRIP TO SLABLAND !!!!! What an absolutely spectacular ultra cameo example of a 1962 Franklin! If you love that incredible true black and white look of a deep cameo Franklin but don’t care to spend $500+ for a comparable slabbed example of this date, this lot will fit the bill perfectly! JUST LOOK AT THE OUTRAGEOUS STARK WHITE DEVICES SET AGAINST THOSE SHIMMERING SMOOTH DEEPLY MIRRORED “JET BLACK HOLE” FIELDS!!! ON A SCALE OF 0-10, THE FROST IS 9.0+ ON BOTH SIDES…A REALLY STUNNING PIECE!!! ON A FAIR GRADING DAY, THIS FROST LEVEL WILL PUT THE COIN WELL OVER THE DCAM OR ULTRA CAM BORDER. THIS PIECE IS ONE OF THOSE EXTREMELY EARLY STRIKES FROM A FRESH DIE PAIR…THE RESULT IS JUST MOUTHWATERING FOR ALL OF US CAMEO LOVERS! THE SURFACES ARE SUPERBLY PRISTINE! TO MY SEASONED EYES, THE SURFACES ARE FULLY WORTHY OF A 68!! I’m currently letting many special coins go without first passing through slabland. Another diamond in the raw! Guaranteed to put a smile on your face!! I AM PROBABLY REMISS IN NOT SENDING THIS COIN ON A TRIP TO SLABLAND MYSELF. I really do get that most collectors are reluctant to pay serious money for a coin not in a slab. But here’s the thing. The grading game has just gotten so out of hand with PCGS and NGC fighting each other for market share by grading harder and harder and harder! The market rewarded PCGS for years for being the harshest grader…but now it’s a battle. So lately, I am selling most of my coins raw…I’m sick of enriching the services only to get my coins returned in slabs of which 30% have been undergraded. When I sell cameo coins raw, I am seriously discounting the fair value…usually at far less than what the coin will be worth if in fairly graded slab! If you buy these coins from me with the intent of slabbing, you will get some windfalls, but sometimes the services will sorely disappoint you. NICE WINDFALL IF THEY TREAT YOU FAIRLY ON THIS COIN! Hopefully, you will still love the losers even though the services judged them too harshly and put a deflating tag inside the slabs. If not, then maybe you should only be buying coins already in a slab with the grade you want. This isn’t rocket science…I simply fully understand the eye appealing look that most folks like and that’s exactly what I buy at the major shows. I leave the far less eye appealing “bargains” for others. Read my feedback and see if you want to join my rapidly growing customer base of folks who appreciate special quality at a very fair price! NEVER BE AFRAID TO PAY A FAIR PRICE FOR SUPERB QUALITY! ITS GUARANTEED TO GIVE YOU IMMENSE PLEASURE OVER THE YEARS AND A HANDSOME RETURN WHEN/IF YOU EVER SELL IT! THE COIN IN THE PICTURES IS THE COIN THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE! Bid with confidence. Satisfaction Guaranteed - Return privilege is 30 days after receipt provided that the packaging is untampered with. NYS residents pay 8% sales tax. If you win more than 1 listing within a few days, please pay the shipping for the most expensive item plus $2 per each additional lot.
