Description: This week I will be listing assorted 19th & 20th century paper and ephemera from an estate in Haverhill, Massachusetts, as well as other ephemera from throughout the Northeast. I will also be offering my usual vintage advertising, documents, letters, stamps, photos, stereoviews, postcards, and other ephemera. DESCRIPTION: Two printed maps, stapled together, issued by the Pentucket Urban Renewal Project - Haverhill Housing Authority; 1) Project Boundary & Land Acquisition Map, and 2) Land Use Map. Initially printed in 1961, revised June, 1962. Both are printed on 8.5 by 11 inch sheets, both are printed on one side only. All items guaranteed vintage and authentic - no reproductions or reprints. See my other auctions for more vintage ephemera and other fun old stuff! CONDITION: Complete and intact, both have water staining on the left edge and a tack or nail hole at center. Otherwise clean and easy to read, will display nicely. US SHIPPING OPTIONS: Shipping in the US in a large manila envelope - $2.00. USPS Ground Advantage with rigid reinforcers, tracking, and insurance - $5.00. INTERNATIONAL BUYERS. I can ship it worldwide in a large manila envelope for $4.00. If you want cardboard reinforcers it would become a RIGID package, which would have to go International Package and would be at least $20. NOTICE!! International packages valued at $100.00 or more will REQUIRE Priority Mail, insured, which will be expensive - around $60.00. Please wait for my invoice before sending payment. ALSO!! I use Ebay shipping labels. It's the only way I can prove to Ebay that I shipped a package to the proper address if ever there's a dispute. Unfortunately, those labels will always have customs information - including the actual price of the merchandise - clearly printed on them.
