If your original power steering box is leaking or your vintage truck is still using it's original manual steering, the 500-Series steering box is a quick ratio 14:1 unit is a direct replacement for factory power steering pickups or a great upgrade over original manual steering! The included U-joint is 3/4 - 30 x 3/4" DD. This joint is used to connect a 3/4" DD steering shaft to a 3/4" fitting with 30 splines. The fastener is designed for better attachment and upgraded safety. They use a high quality needle bearing and have a working angle of up to 38 degrees. 100% brand new parts (nothing rebuilt) No Fabrication NEEDED!
