The I portion that fits into the wheel center seems bent to the side and the J hook side seems tweaked a little, so the bracket is not flat. Neither condition should affect functionality. Priced accordingly. Fits F250 or F350 ONLY. There are two different types used 1967/72, they do not interchange.One fits 1967/72 F100's (C7TZ1443A), the other fits 1967/72 F250/350's (C7TZ1443B). The I portion that fits into the wheel's center and is larger on F250/350's because of the larger bolt circle pattern: 6.50" vs the F100's 5.50"
