Most of their products came from the better quality makers mostly in Germany and France. Hoffritz closed down their business in the early 1990s. In 1995, Hoan retailer bought its brand name “ Hoffritz” and continued to use it for a variety of their kitchen knives and utensils. Sabatier is the manufacturer of this knife. This knife has the blade fabricated from the fine stainless steel. The handle is triple riveted over the full tang to sure fitting for durability, strength, & balance.
