The cel itself is made up of four sheets: one of cardstock (or other thick paper) and three of plastic. The cardstock is first with its painted purple background, then comes the plastic sheet on which Wile E. is painted, then Pepe, then Sam. The cel is in great condition and displays very well! The corner of Sam's plastic sheet by the left-hand staple is damaged. The bottom corners of all three plastic sheets are clipped or broken, though its uniform enough its hard to say if this is intentional or not. Overall, the cel is in very good condition!
