Description: 1992 Franklin Mint Plate, from the American Folk Art Collection by Lowell Herrero. COUNTRY JOURNEYS. A beautiful late summer scene complete with farmhouse, red barn, trees, cows, horses planted fields in various stages of growth and a train in the countryside. Measures 8" diameter. There are no chips, cracks, or breaks. This plate has been loved by us since my mom purchased it in 1992. Most of the items that I sell are antique or vintage as as such they do show signs of patina, use, and age. That only adds to the character that so many collectors desire. If there are any major issues or defects, I try to describe them to the best of my ability and as accurately as possible.
