All the coins are clad except the dollar and Commemorative Half-Dollar which is 90% silver.The Dollar has a portrait of James Madison, the father of the Bill of Rights.The Commemorative Half-dollar depicts Madison signing the Bill of Rights.All these coins were minted at the San Francisco Mint.The reverse of the Silver Dollar shows Madison's mansion in Montpelier.The reverse of the Half shows the Torch with the sayings of "The Bill of Rights" and "Our Basic Freedoms"Also included is the Proof Half-Dollar, Dime, Nickel, Cent and Quarter.
