Description: This is 1oz (30 + Grams) of the CLEANEST CPU PINS on eBay. These are a mix from AMD and Pentium processors from the late 90's to 2000s and contain a higher quantity of gold in the plating than newer pins. **Please look carefully at all the pictures and read the entire description to understand what you are buying. The newer pins for sale on eBay have thinner gold plating. I use double verified scales and always include a little extra for free. These are so pretty, your wife may get jealous! Don't fall for those other lots that contain globs of solder, trash, lead, etc that inflates the weight. Up to 10-20% of the total weight of pins I purchased on eBay in the past was solder (contains lead, so its very heavy) and trash. These are NOT like that. *There will always be a very small layer of solder on the bottom of every pin, this doesn't always show up in pictures, but it is impossible to remove all of this layer without acids, I do not use acids because it also removes some of the gold plating and discolors and damages the pins. I always include extra pins with every purchase, which more than compensates for the tiny bit of solder layer that may remain! I am obsessive about quality and these pins have been painstakingly processed with a special method that eliminates all the waste, without using chemicals or acids that discolor and damage the pins. They are then mechanically and magnetically, and finally hand inspected. They separated multiple times to remove all the trash. What you are left with is an extremely clean, high quality product.The last picture shows the amount of solder and trash I remove from a typical batch when I process them. That is all the trash you WON'T be getting when you purchase from me! Please see the pictures, zoom in and compare to others out there. These look clean and golden, as opposed to those dull, grey or pulverized pins that were bashed off with a hammer or boiled off in acid. Also please don't fall for those "melted gold" Frankenstein bars that claim to be CPU pins melted. I have analyzed many of those bars, and I can tell you from experience they are often contain less than 10% cpu pins if ANY. Some I tested contained literally no determinable amount of gold. They are usually 90% brass or copper, with zinc thrown in to make it appear golden. Total scam! There is a reason they are so cheap!
