It is Unsigned/Unbranded and is late century (circa 1980's-1990's). Well made brooch has an open silver tone setting with round clear multi-faceted glass rhinestones. The rhinestones are highly refractive and all are PRONG-SET! BEAUTIFUL & BLINGY! BOOKS RULE! :) Brooch measures approximately 2 3/8" x 1 3/8" and weighs 0.65 oz.
