Description: Here is a MEGA RARE pair of Elvis Presley EP records from my collection offered up for sale: These EP (extended play) records are both special pressings manufactured in Japan, likely for U.S. servicemen stationed there. These special press 7" 45 rpm records are RARELY SEEN. Each has what appears to be the original RCA sleeve. Each sleeve has a special official looking P.O. stamp dated 1956. Released on RCA of Japan. Both discs manufactured in Japan, have USA printed RCA sleeves with postmarked 1956 dates.. These EPs are as scarce as hen's teeth!! Both play great! EP-1164 featuring "Long tall Sally", "First in line", "How's the world treating you" (written by Chet Atkins and Boudiieaux Brynt) and "How do you think I feel". EP-1164, The record rates VG+ to EX, is glossy and clean! near pristine, a couple of faint marks, has been PLAY TESTED. Plays very good from start to finish with very minimal surface noise, no skips or jumps, a very enjoyable listen! The unique silver & JAPAN black nipper labels look FANTASTIC! No signatures or writing! small number 80 sticker on one side. Deadwax 1-1 on both sides, JEP 604 and JEP 605 on other side. Small star stamp on both sides in dead wax. A rare frame worthy Elvis relic!! The RCA sleeve rates EX, is clean and bright, no seam splits, no stains, no ring wear, has been well cared for. Postmark dated May 1956, original price tag says 25 each and $.55. price (with shipping?)Comes with a THICK plastic sleeve for safe storage! ( see all photos) PLUS EP-1207, The record rates VG+ to EX, is glossy and clean! near pristine, a few faint marks, has been PLAY TESTED.
