Description: These were flags flown over the US Capital Building on July 4th 1976. Both flags are 3x5 in measurement. The Betsy Ross flag stars are not sewn. The 50 star flag does have sewn stars. They each come with the proper documentation verifying the date flown, for whom they were flown and the Virginia congressman that gave them to these individuals.
