Description: This item is being sold for the employee holiday fund at the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Maine where I live with my husband. All items are donated by the residents of the community and the net proceeds of all sales go to the fund that is distributed annually to the wonderful staff who help the many elderly residents here. I will give all the information I can about each item, but I am not the original owner. A resident donated a huge box and many, many tubes of rolled up vintage maps. It is going to take me some time to get through all these maps to see what is there and determine how to batch them for sale but I have to get started somewhere. Included in one of the tubes were these 2 Vintage 1969 & 1970 Heidelberg Castle Chamber Music Orchestra Concert Posters ~24”x17”. They are bright red posters with black and white writing. One is for a September 30, 1969 concert and the other a May 26, 1970 concert. They aren’t exactly the same size – ’69 is about 23.75” x 16.75” and ’70 23 5/8” x 16.5. They will be shipped rolled up. They are in good used condition (especially for their age) but do have some edge and corner wear. The 1969 poster has more wear and is missing the very top left corner (SEE PIC). I am including a lot of pics so you can see what you are getting and the condition – best to rely on the pics than me telling you what they are! I have many other interesting items up for sale, many to benefit this wonderful employee fund. I will be happy to combine items if you buy more than one item.
