Due to the recent delays in shipping, orders may be delayed and may not arrive on time. Once an order is shipped and a tracking number has been provided, and the order has been shipped and status is “in transit” I cannot provide any more information regarding the order than is provided to me from the carrier service. I will collaborate with you and the carrier to get as much information regarding the order in the case it is missing or delayed.
