All the hard part is done all the intricate cutting and fitting of the fronts and they are ready for you to paint to your taste. There is a lot of saving by finishing it yourself .Intermediate modeling skills are required, some sanding/painting.10-15 day lead time but often ships quicker. Sometimes I offer these finished with an up charge but only if I have the time to do them. General Details: 1-Complete ready to assemble Buildings with my own designed easy fit corners two mounted on the front and two on the back wall. Nice easy to assemble system have been using it for years it has been copied by others on ebay. 2-Front is made of solid wood and MDF all doors can slide up and out to pose as opened all tracks are installed for you. The walls and roof are all wood products MDF good material for you to paint as you wish. 3-Laser cut doors they are more uniform than hand cut items. 4-Get a quality model at a discount put your own touches on it as far as color, decals any other graphics you may want.
