Description: 3 Staffordshire LIBERTY BLUE & White Cup Saucer Sets Lot of Three Sets We are pleased to offer this lot of 3 lovely cup and saucer sets in the popular discontinued LIBERTY BLUE pattern manufactured by Staffordshire China of England circa 1975 - 1981. This blue and white transfer ware pattern features wonderful historical American colonial scenes with large flower blossoms on the rim. The saucers picture the Old North Church in Boston, Massachusetts. The cups picture Paul Revere on his famous ride warning the Colonists that the British Redcoats were coming. The backstamps read: "Original copper engravings of Historic Colonial Scenes printed on Staffordshire Ironstone." The flat coffee or tea cups stand 2-5/8" tall. All 3 sets are in excellent condition with no nicks, chips, cracks or crazing. Just lovely pieces of Staffordshire China that you are sure to want to add to your Liberty Blue dinnerware collection.
