Description: this is a new open box lot of 3 empire pencil co. pedigree drawing pencils.2 of them are 900 4H and one of them is 900 2H.anyway there is some wear on these pencils,they have been stored in a drawer loose for God knows how long.there is some spotting,paint chipping,around the ends of the pencils in particular,a couple of scuffs and scratches as well.as stated before these pencils are new,never used but do have a little wear.thank you for looking at this listing.
