They are somewhat of a cross or square shape that is made up of four diamond shape glass jewels with a tiny glass rhinestone between each one. The shape somewhat resembles a flower. The back side has a shank for beading or sewing. Due to the age of these buttons, the glass stones may be just slightly discolored. Size: depending how you measure, they are about 3/4" (18mm) from small rhinestone to small rhinestone, or about 7/8" (22 or 23mm) from corner point to corner point.
