Please note that some of the embellishments (as noted in the description) are single layer. The embellishment will be printed on acid and lignin free, 110 pound card stock, hand cut and crafted. All you have to do is glue it to your greeting card, scrapbook page or project (ideal for school projects too!). 3D means that the design is printed TWICE. The first print is fully hand cut (base); and selected pieces from the second print are hand cut. The selected pieces are glued (using acid free, dimensional foam squares) on the base making those pieces raised [3D]. Single Layer means that the design is flat [printed ONCE and fully hand cut].The ruler included in the listing photos is for sizing purposes only. Shipping and Handling:To save our buyers money, we charge shipping separately; and, we combine / reduce shipping on items mailed together.
