Description: 4 California Wine Advisory Board Vintage Recipe Booklets Cheese Fish Meats Desserts All 4 booklets are in good used condition showing show some edge/corner wear, some light creases, and a few light marks/stains (see pictures)...When folded up, each measures approx. 6.25" X 3"...Each has a different marking on the back side: Meats=EM-56, Cheese=EC57, Desserts=ED-57, Fish=EF-57...I assume from these markings they are 1956-1957 era...Overall, nice vintage booklets! This is a vintage, antique, or collectible item, and I have described it to the best of my abilities.
