Thanks to careful handling, and climate-controlled storage, this outstanding set of volumes is in the same condition as the day each one was purchased, displaying only the production/transport blemishes that are described below, in the section entitled GRADING NOTES for this set of Trade Paperbacks. • Publisher: Avatar Press• Published: 2003 (Strange Killings); 2009 (Volumes 1 and 2); 2010 (Volume 3)• Format: 6.625" x 10.25" TPB volumes with pure white pages and minor production/transport blemishes• Contents: 4 volumes containing Magic, war, violence and mayhem as only the mind of WARREN ELLIS can present !! • Price at Publication: $24.99 (Vol 3); $19.99 (Vols 2 and 3); $9.95 (Strange Killings) GRADING NOTES for this set of Trade Paperbacks: These are BRAND NEW, unread copies, with near perfect corners and flat interior pages printed on fine quality high gloss paper (not newsprint or the super-thin paper used in many comics these days). To ensure superior preservation, each volume was stored in an archival Mylar bag, since right after being purchased. Afterwards, each one was shelved in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. Each volume is safely protected in a MYLAR bag. These volumes are in Near Mint- (9.2) condition, displaying only small production/transportation imperfections, the most significant being: Vol 1 has a gentle vertical 'ripple' running through the volume - which you can see in the 12th and 13th photos accompanying this listing; andVol. 3 has very minor bends/blunting at the corners of the covers.NONE of these blemishes are significant enough to be stand out in the photos accompanying this listing, but they WILL be discernible when the books are in hand. PLEASE examine the photos and make sure that you agree with my assessment. Each volume has been perfectly preserved in an E. Gerber 2 mil Mylar bag with tape and white paper closures (you can lift each closure by sliding a thin pencil or pen below the bag's flap and gently prying upward - which will avoid tearing or shredding the tape!)Note that the photos used in this listing are not stock images!
