Description: Thinning down my collection of rare materials. I have sold several completed boards purchased many years ago. This auction is for a beautiful piece of Braz Rosewood (D. N.) and the correct Mazzucchelli Cellulose inlays from before they started reproducing them! The fretboard pictured is for size reference only and not included with this blank! This board is surfaced but tapers from 7/16-1/2 on the high side. If you know what you are doing, it would be possible to get two fretboards from this blank or easily a les Paul spec and a strat veneer rosewood board. There are a couple nearly undetectable defects at the edges that will also be outside of any fingerboard. At at 25 and 1/16 long you have a lot of options if you are not building electric guitars. Guaranteed authentic but sold as is and as pictured. I hope this finds a good home to make music sooner than I can get to it!
