The capacitors charge through a constant-time mandated by the size of the resistors and of course the size of the capacitors. The frequency-of-oscillation (flash/blink rate) can be easily adjusted by the on-board Trimpot (fast or slow flashes/blinks are easy to achieve just by turning the Trimpot left or right). All electronic parts and PCB are provided (NEW Updated Smaller PCB 2022 Model: MTLF-v2.0). The assembly and soldering of this Transistor LED Flasher KITs is relatively easy, anyone with basic soldering skills should be able to fully assemble it. If any questions, please ask, thanks.
