Put them in after letting them sit at room temperature for 12hrs into the incubator .Before purchasing, please be aware that shipped eggs are a risk. There are no refunds or replacements offered on shipped eggs. We cannot be responsible for postal damage once we leave the package at the post office.NO refunds for poor hatch rate as we can not control the quality of your incubator.
