The main catalog has always been the July printing but I can substitute the part numbers section from the March edition. The July edition will be shipped out automatically if you do not tell me which one you want. So to be clear, you must tell me you want to substitute for the March part numbers. The illustrations and data will remain the July printing because there is more of it. This write-up is for the July printing. Please ask questions if not clear....... Here we have the Camaro Master Parts Catalog for the 67, 68, 69. Models include Z-28, Pace Car, SS, RS, Coupe and Convertible. This is a reprint of a very rare, model specific issue from GM, with "THE BEST POSSIBLE PRINTING DATE OF JULY 69". It is much easier to read than multi model catalogs and is way more in depth for the Camaro. This is a very desirable catalog because of the year’s covered, printing date and has both original and superseded numbers(if applicable)(see pictures). Multi model, thru-75 Chevrolet catalogs with printings of 77, 81 and 83 have very limited information on these early Camaros. They only have part numbers for parts that were available(or left)(maybe 50%) at that time and don't show the original numbers. Also, the later, 72, 73 and 74 printings delete many sections as Air Conditioning, Dash and the 9.600 section which is Radios and more(check yours). Original "Brownie" 69 dated Chevrolet parts catalogs are selling for strong money but have no illustrations but are still worth it to the lucky collectors. The original of this catalog would have have been used at the GM dealer when your car was new but there are very few originals left so this is a reprint for you. There is more data directly dedicated to the Camaro for a correct restoration other than part numbers here as well. This catalog is more comprehensive than the original printing. I've added more illustrations from factory 1968, 1970, 1971, 1973 printing GM PARTS CATALOGS. All extra additions are geared towards the 67-69 models. Seems every catalog has it's own variety of illustrations but I've been scrounging and combined them into this one. Some illustrations are introduced well after the model year while others are dropped. NEW- AC Delco section now included from 70 and 72 printings. With two different printings you get original and superseded part numbers. Most GM parts books do not use the Delco numbers but these parts are 100% correct for a proper restoration. These Master catalogs do use some Delco numbers but now with this supplement you will be assured of the rest.NEW – Now includes the 67, 68, 69 Dealer Accessories Catalogs. Over the counter and dealer installed accessories are never part of the larger Master Parts Catalogs. These parts are 100% correct for a concourse restoration. NEW - Just included the illustrations and part numbers from a very rare AC Delco Motors Rebuild catalog. The RS wiper motor with the headlight washers is not in any of the Chevrolet parts catalogs we all use. This section was found in a 70 printing AC Delco (electric)Motors catalog for use in a rebuild shop. Nice addition. NEW - Also, from a 76 printing Delco Automotive Motors catalog all the electric motors numbers. This section shows the original numbers found on the electric motors assemblies. Example: windshield wiper, power windows, 67 headlights, top lift, Air Conditioner, heater and defogger. Part number found in the parts books are for the electric portion not the assembly number which is found on the units themselves. NEW - Rare GM Heavy Duty Operations parts supplement for Chevrolet cars with a 69 printing. Only some hi-performance dealers used/had this supplement. These were the over the counter parts they used to assemble dealer modified cars as Yenko and Berger. Just to mention a few of the parts, all of the Cross-Ram, 2x4 cowl hood, steel and fiberglass, hood pins, rear sway bars, all gears, off road cams, gear drives, 302, 396, 427, ZL-1, L-88, transistorized ign, 4WDB...etc... NEW- Now includes a GM Standard Parts supplement from a July 69 printing. In this section you get information on the bolts and hardware used in the car. Info would consist of bolt head design, length, diameter and plating(cad, zinc, phos..) Also, the hardware is covered with plating type and illustrations. Parts catalogs do not include this information. NEW - Finally includes illustrations of FRONT and REAR speaker installations for the coupe and convertible. Very rare, as I found these in only one GM printing. Also, the rear defogger illustration found in the same printing. NEW - GM Delco part numbers for the brake system. These numbers are much harder to find than the Chevrolet part numbers but they are the same part, just sold through jobbers. This rare insertion is from a Jan 73 printing. Includes drum, single piston disk, double piston disk, JL8 disk. .............. I’ll note some of what’s in the catalog ................. Parts can also be looked up in the alphabetical index. Another RARE feature is the numerical index, great for quickly identifying part numbers for their application. This catalog was NOT available in the US but was put together as a special book by GM Canada. (now with more additions). After reading all this, the bottom line is.... You will never find a more comprehensive parts catalog for correctly dated parts than this. The value is all in the printing date and extra additions from my vast collection.
