Overall Condition - Visual Grade (1 to 10 scale): 7 Comments: Almost all of these early Red Seal records were recorded between 1904 and 1908 - the "Golden Age" of opera. PREVIEWS OF COMING ATTRACTIONS: We find the neatest things in our warehouse. For example, we opened a large box that was marked "Victor Red Seals" and that's what we found - except all the records were all GRAND PRIZE RED SEALS, which means they were mostly recorded before 1908! So here they are for all of you lovers of early opera records. We'll list one record a day until they are all gone. NOTE: Many early Victor and Columbia double face records consist simply of two existing single face masters, pressed back to back. When we list one of these early double face issues, we will include the original single face numbers and date of recording after the title. Featured This Week: Historical 78s.
