Description: This A Brandt Ranch Oak Coffee Table comes from a smoke free home. The dimensions are: 16" in height 24" in width 54" in length The coffee table weighs 40 lbs before packaging. The underside is marked "AB NO DISTRESS". The table is very sturdy and all the legs are tight. The table top is a formica type top in a wood grain pattern. The color shows really well and does not show any sun fading, heat, or UV damage . The table top does have some loss on the corners that are shown in the pictures as well as a few scratches/ abrasions that are pictured. A skilled hand could likely reduce some or all of these points of character, but while in our care that was never considered. These defects occurred before we became the caretakers of this furniture prior to the last decade and a half that we have owned it.
